Dans le cadre de notre dynamique et de la très forte croissance que nous vivons, nous recherchons des :
Nous recrutons 10 Conseillers Clients H/F Bilingues (Français/Anglais) pour une activité en réception d’appels au profit d’un de nos prestigieux clients (spécialiste des paiements électroniques). Les candidats ont pour mission d’informer, de renseigner et de conseiller la clientèle.

Profil Recherché
Profil demandé :
• Une attitude professionnelle et disciplinée.
• Un excellent niveau oral et écrit en Français et Anglais
• Une bonne communication à l’orale et à l’écrit
• Les compétences de base en informatique
• Une gestion des clients avec empathie et écoute active
• Une première expérience réussie en service technique
