As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing client applications on our portal. As part of the Innovation team, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to understand and translate needs into practical solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing client needs related to applications on our portal.
• Translating client requirements into clear and achievable specifications.
• Collaborating with internal development teams to design innovative and out-of-the-box solutions.
• Test the solution with the IT team and ensure that the solution works optimally.
• Actively contributing to the improvement and expansion of existing applications.
• Bridging the gap between technical teams and clients, ensuring that the developed solutions meet expectations.

Your profile includes:

• At least three years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the field of client applications.
• Excellent communication skills, allowing effective interaction with technical teams and clients.
• An innovative mindset, unafraid to explore new approaches.
• A good knowledge of .NET and database management (SQL, Power BI, JIRA, etc.).
• Experience in preparing detailed specifications for development teams.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and flexible work practices.
