Poste proposé : Human Resources Manager

1. Based on company's strategy and annual business plan, assist the HRD with annual human resource planning
2. Based on company's business objectives, assist the HRD with the implementation of HR strategy, and build and develop various components of human resources
3. Responsible for compensation and benefit plan, and monthly payroll
4. Responsible for establishing and improving the HR policies
5. Responsible for employee relationship with labor contract signature, filling etc.

Profil recherché pour le poste : Human Resources Manager

1. More than 5 years of relevant work experience, of which more than 3 years of human resources manager experience (or above)
2. Understand the basic concepts of modern human resources management, and have a certain understanding of the major modules of human resources
3. Familiar with various policies and regulations related to local labor law
4. Have good skills in MS (Word, Excel, PPT etc)
5. Fluent in English, English as working language
6. Bac+5 et plus.
