We are a fast-growing recruitment and HR support company.

 

In the space of 5 years, we have quadrupled our staff and opened 4 offices... We are currently looking for our future collaborators!

 

Also, we are recruiting a new talent for a position of Talent Acquisition Coordinator

 

Your role :

 

  • Sourcing via different tools (internal database, job boards / CV libraries, social networks: linkedin, viadeo...) & direct approach of candidates
  • Presentation of candidates to the management team
  • Drafting of advertisements, selection and distribution of job offers
  • Implementation of headhunting: strategy definition, targeting, scenario development, direct approach, contact and follow-up
  • Management of the entire recruitment process: sorting of applications, telephone pre-qualification, tests and HR interviews, then organization of successive interviews with candidates; follow-up of candidates, proposal and integration of new recruits

 

Depending on your needs and wishes, you may be asked to take charge of subjects related to your position as Talent Acquisition Specialist: development of the employer brand and the company culture, on-boarding, talent retention, training, employee well-being at work, etc.

You have a first experience in recruitment of at least one year.

 We are looking for a personality who is willing to invest in a project.

  • You have a very strong spirit of initiative,
  • You have a strong sense of initiative,
  • Your ability to deal with several issues will be key to increasing your skills and taking on new responsibilities.
