We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic BU Manager to join our dynamic team in the Electronics Engineering sector. As a fresh graduate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in managing business units. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure the successful execution of projects, maintaining high standards of quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include assisting in the development of strategic plans, monitoring project progress, and analyzing performance metrics. You will also be involved in implementing best practices such as 5S and 4 PL methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. Familiarity with ABB DCS 800xA and Allen Bradley systems will be advantageous as you support the team in optimizing processes.

The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a degree in Engineering or a related field. You should possess a strong understanding of engineering principles and a passion for electronics.
