Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of backend services, APIs, and databases that meet business needs and performance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers, to define and execute technical solutions.
Drive the adoption of best practices in coding, architecture, and DevOps, ensuring that the team follows industry standards and company guidelines.
Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Manage and prioritize the team's workload, ensuring timely delivery of features and bug fixes while maintaining high code quality.
Participate in the technical design process, contributing to architecture decisions, and ensuring scalability and reliability of the backend systems.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact and integrating them into the tech stack as appropriate.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and security of the backend systems.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Backend Developer, or in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality backend solutions.
Proficiency in backend programming languages such as PHP, Python, Java, or Node.js, with a deep understanding of frameworks and libraries.
Extensive experience with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and understanding of database design, optimization, and scaling.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker), and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
Experience with event-driven architectures, message queues, and real-time data processing.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A passion for technology, continuous learning, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with frontend technologies (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue.js) to effectively collaborate with frontend teams.
Familiarity with serverless architecture and functions-as-a-service (e.g., AWS Lambda).
Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the developer community.
